Master of Science, Computer Science - Specialization in Interactive Intelligence

After spending a year working with both early stage startups as well as a large international company, I grew an appreciation for robust products that focus on providing the best experiences possible, whether it be recommending movies to watch or helping me find a new pair of shoes. This lead me to explore further education focusing in studying the interaction between humans and technology, particularly with the use of AI/ML.

As we are already experiencing, society is at the point where humans are able to interact with technology on an entirely different level than even a few years ago. Artificial intelligence agents such as Siri, Alexa, and Google allow us to complete entire task processes, such as scheduling events or ordering groceries within a matter of seconds. My specialization in interactive intelligence allows me to explore and understand the use machine learning and data analytics to improve human-technology interactions.

Bachelor of Science, Computer Science

Originally intending to major in biomedical engineering, I soon became interested in software after taking a prerequisite programming class. As I took more and more classes that were focused on computer engineering and software development, I grew to enjoy the creative freedom computer science allows. Given the right knowledge and tools, we can essentially build any platform or technology to solve any problem we may be facing.
